You may check in from 16:00 until 22:00
You must check out by 11:00am
There is a late check out fee of £40 
If you are due to arrive outside of the above check-in times, please contact reception in advance in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival. You can contact reception by telephone or via email.

Accepted credit cards: Visa / Maestro / MasterCard
Please note: We do not accept American Express!

Internet Policy:
Wireless internet is available throughout the property and is free.

Lost Keys:
Due to the age of property our bedroom locks require a specialist to replace the cost is £65 for a call out to cut a key. Please note we may ask for a refundable key deposit to ensure safe return of keys.

Parking Policy:
Free & Secure public off road parking is possible on site.

Extra Charges Policy:
VAT is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Pets are welcome at Lisnacurran, on request, although an additional £20 will be charged to cover additional room sanitation.

Child Policy:
All children are welcome. Maximum capacity of baby cots is 1 per room, unless otherwise authorised by the owners. Cots are charged at £10 and waived if own baby bedding is used.

Group Booking Policy:
If booking 4 rooms or more with Lisnacurran Country House a 20% deposit will be required to secure the booking. This will be refundable if cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After 30 days if cancelled this deposit will be non-refundable. Payment in full will be required 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 48hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. A deposit of 20 % may be required on certain bookings especially if booked far in advance, or if it is a booking for multiple rooms, or for a long period of time. If a 20% deposit is requested by management, this is non refundable, should a cancelation occur. However at managements discretion, if it is with good advance notice and the room (s) can be resold, we may allow you to defer the date and carry forward the deposit to a different date. Please note this will be at management's discretion.

The Barn Heating and electric
The Barn heating is included in the rate. The electric is chargeable at £5.00 for short stays (2-4 days) and £10.00 for longer stays (5-7 days). Longer periods on application. This is payable on arrival.

Management may ask for full payment, a refundable room deposit against breakages  or  a 20% booking deposit, this is applied at our discretion eg.  peak times. You may be contacted  within 2 weeks of an online booking if required or can be discussed before booking.
