Check-In / Check Out
You may check-in from 15:00 until 22:00 (please contact us to arrange outside these hours).

Once in your room, you will have a key for the room and the front door. Please leave these in the room at check out or in the box at the front door.

You must check out by 11:00 am

There is a late check-out fee of £40, this is available on request and is subject to availability.

Breakfast Included
Buffet-style breakfast includes Creamy Clandeboye Greek yoghurt, local granola, fruit salad, freshly made croissants, breads and pancakes as well as tea, coffee, apple and orange juice.

Payment Terms*

We only accept Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit and most debit cards.

Please note: We do not accept American Express.

Payment is taken in full, 2 days before arrival. We do not accept cash unless agreed.

Bank transfer will be accepted on request but we still require a card as a waiver should there be any damages.

Exceptions for corporate account holders.

We reserve the right to ask for identification; passport or driving licence, contact us to discuss other acceptable forms of identification.

All damages will be due in full. Should other guests need to be reimbursed due to excessive disturbance this is also chargeable at our discretion.

The hot tub can be used free of charge for bookings made directly with us (phone or website). Guests who book through third-party agents or by online travel agents will be charged a fee of £10 to use the hot tub as these bookings incur high commissions.

*Terms in place to protect our guests, property, staff and family home from any form of social disturbances or unrest.


Internet Policy:

Wireless internet is available throughout the property and is free. The WIFI password is in each room.

 

No Smoking Policy:
No smoking permitted indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a £100 fine. Please use bins provided for cigarette butts if you are smoking outdoors.


Lost Keys:

Due to the age of the property, our bedroom locks require a specialist to replace them. The cost is £75 for a call out to cut a key and replace the brass vintage fobs. Please note we may ask for a refundable key deposit to ensure the safe return of keys. Lost keys may be charged to your card.


Parking Policy:

We have plenty of parking. Please advise if larger vehicles or trailers coming to the site, these must park at the back entrance.


Security
We have on-site CCTV for your security throughout the exterior of the property.


Extra Charges Policy:

VAT is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.


Pet Policy:
We only have one pet-friendly room and the apartment is available by request only and is subject to availability please see pet policy.


Child Policy:

All children are welcome. The maximum capacity of baby cots is 1 per room unless otherwise authorised by the owners. Cots are charged at £5 and include a flat sheet however we have no baby bedding - please bring your own.


Group Booking Policy:
If booking 4 rooms or more with Lisnacurran a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking. If cancelled up to 30 days before we can however offer a voucher to the value for a future spend. Payment in full will be required 30 days before arrival at this point it is all non-refundable, non-transferable, no voucher. General Terms
If you cancel up to 48hours before the date of arrival (up to midday 2 days before), no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. A deposit of 20% may be required on certain bookings especially if booked far in advance, or if it is a booking for multiple rooms (see group booking policy above) or if booking for a long stay.

If a 20% deposit is requested by management, this is non-refundable, should a cancellation occur. However at management’s discretion, if it is with good advance notice and the room(s) can be resold, we may allow you to defer the date and carry forward the deposit to a different date - this will be at management's discretion. If you book through a third-party agency we cannot use discretion please always book directly via our book now button or by phone.

Exceptions to our 48-hour cancellation policy;
We may ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit and balance due in full 30 days before, for bookings on the following dates: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Halloween, the Balmoral show and other event dates at our discretion.


Christmas / New Year

22nd December - 1st January

We open over Christmas and New Year on a room-only basis. There is no breakfast available and limited housekeeping. We do leave additional supplies and emergency assistance is available. It is not possible to adjust the parameters on our online booking systems for this variance so we ask that enquiries and bookings be direct so that we can discuss dates and reduced prices.

 
During this period we operate a 14 Day cancellation policy. Payment is due, in full, 14 days before your arrival date. Bookings are non-refundable 14 days before your arrival date. Should you need to cancel in the event of an emergency we may offer a refund, or part refund, if we can resell your booking (at our discretion).
